Asher E. Miller, Assistant Research Curator in the Department of European Paintings at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, draws connections between the paintings in the Wheelock Whitney collection and paintings by the Impressionists and artists of other prominent movements. The talk was part of the February 10, 2013 Sunday at the Met that focused on the Wheelock Whitney collection.

The exhibition The Path of Nature: French Paintings from the Wheelock Whitney Collection, 1785--1850 is on view January 22--April 21, 2013 at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
