This is a music video for "Slow Education" from the Silver Jews' 2001 album Bright Flight. It was posted on the website Black Label Empire, which also hosted several live SJ performance videos.

Mostly contains unknown 8mm-looking home movie-type footage. The video ends with a number of original shots of David Berman and crew. So this may be some sort of officially sanctioned video, although I haven't seen it anywhere else online. Feel free to comment with any information--no copyright infringement intended.
