...Source: [ Ссылка ] Per InsideEVs, New Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS), originally tasked with creating an electric version of Saab 9-3, is now entering a "hibernation mode" amid financial troubles, leading to layoffs of approximately 95% of its workforce. This is happening under the ownership of China's Evergrande Group, which also invested in Faraday Future and later fully acquired NEVS to solidify its presence in the EV sector. However, prior to this situation, NEVS developed the Emily GT, an electric car with a sizeable 175kWh battery expected to provide around 600 miles of range. It's also equipped with a unique quad motor setup within the wheels, offering 480 horsepower and exceptional torque vectoring for enhanced handling and efficiency. Despite the ongoing struggles, NEVS aims to showcase its technical prowess with this high-performance and efficient EV.
