Written Recipe for Hot Milk Cake:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
INGREDIENTS:
Eggs 2
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C.
2. Add egg, oil, and sugar in a blender jar. Blend it for 1 min
3.In a large bowl add egg mixture, flour, and baking powder. Mix gently and Keep aside
4. In a pan add milk and butter, Bring it to a boil then turn off the flame
5. Add hot milk to the cake batter and mix gently. Finally, add vanilla essence and mix well.
6. Grease the pan with butter/oil.
7. Fill pan with batter.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 F or 180 C, until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
9. Cool for 15 minutes, turn out the cake, and cool completely before cutting.
