As a Permanent Make Up artist, retention is one of the hardest parts of PMU to get right. So many people ask me about the perfect brow pigment or the best sized needle for lips and they put all their faith in a new permanent make up machine to get the best PMU eyeliner results, but rarely stop to look at the biggest influence in getting perfect healed PMU results, and thats you.
Occasional poor retention in brows, lips or liner happens even for the best artists, but if you have contiunously bad results and you're using quality needles, pigments and machines, then you need to keep investing in skills. Advanced training will be the best investment you can make as an artist in your results and therefore your career. All artists and trainers I know are always advancing their skills. and so should you
Now go and get that latex out and practice. Stop looking for needles and machines to help you. HOWEVER if you aren't sure you're using great needles and machines, I'll put a link to what I use in my clinic so I know you'll get great results wiuth these if you nail your technique.
