Hep C is transmitted via blood to blood contact. It can be easily transmitted though use of implements that may also be in cotact with blood ie razors, tooth brushes, and IV needles. There is no vaccine for Hepatitis C. For this reason it's recommended all men have a Hep C Test as part of their regular sexual health screen.
