Right off the bat, apologies for the focus issue on the video, we were filming for 4 hours before this and the focus must have slipped in between the videos and nobody noticed it on the small screen.. sucks but, at least I think we have a pretty cool discussion, now that more of the guys have cought up and watched season 1! Yes, Antoan just caught up, he started watching season 2 straight away without having seen a single one from season 1. And he loves it! He said he liked it even more this way..if you can belive that. haha
Join us for a deep dive into House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 5 "Regent" as we react and discuss the latest developments in the Targaryen saga. An overall slower episode which does feel weird considering the season is shorter. Nothing wrong with getting a breather though, we still very much enjoyed the episode although there are a few questionable things, like why Did Aemond not act sooner, all the way back in episode 9, he could have left Aegon go and take the throne..he seemed to regret his actions in episode 10 too, and now he apperantly is gunning for the throne at all cost, even killing his own brother in the process..not that they didnt justify it, with all the bullying he had to go through.
