Take a bottle lid with a rounded base. Stick some ring magnets with rubber adhesive inside the lid. Stick a card sheet doll on a refill and embed the other end in the ring magnets. Now stick two ring magnets on top and two below a plastic scale. Place the lid on a smooth table with the doll standing. Bring the scale-magnets at an angle to the lid. The lid along with the doll will start to spin and roll.
