As I said in my previous video we’re back in full swing and this video is the start of it. I’m going to bring out more and more content for you guys in motivating, educating and inspiring chefs to take a stand for their Personal Freedom by breaking the Chains of a Kitchen Job and building their own Personal Chef Business.

The Culinary Industry has been the same for so many years. Most of you think you have to work your way up the ladder to be crowned, ‘The Chef’. You may probably make a bit more money but you will have no life working more hours.
Maybe some of you are in this position right now
OR
Maybe some of you are Passionate about cooking, doing something else or in a different career thinking, ‘Man! I reeeeally wanna become a Personal Chef! But, I don’t have certificates, degrees and I’ve never ever worked as a Professional in a Kitchen.’
You may have titles, certifications, years of experience but the actual fact of the matter is: ANYBODY that has passion for cooking and serving can become a Personal Chef. Many times, even as Chefs, our mindset becomes so small that we think we need to go through all these hoops to become a Chef. This is where it’s completely different. In the Culinary Industry you’re working away and paying your dues.
Becoming a Personal Chef, There aren’t any dues to pay to anybody but to yourself.
So, the No.1 thing you must do to get to becoming a Personal Chef is Change your Mindset. If you have a Passion for cooking you can actually start a Personal Chef Business.
Ignore all the stuff the Culinary Industry has told you before:
You’re not good enough
You need to have this degree or certification
You need to be in the business for years and years
You need to achieve the title Sous Chef, Chef, Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine or whatever
The No.1 thing that’s gonna separate you from being successful in anything in your life is the thing between your two ears. It’s your Mindset.

I am encouraging you to at least try and make little steps towards this opportunity! Now is the best time for being a personal chef! The clients have little choice but to use us, but I also encourage you to take this leap and make this happen. Do small steps such as researching or you can listen to some of my podcasts as a starter or just by joining my free Facebook for like-minded chefs!
