You will need:
Bread pieces: 8 bread slices
Chopped onions: 2
Chopped carrots: 1 small cup
Boiled green peas: ½ small cup
Chopped cauliflower: 1 small cup
Peanuts: ¼ cup
Chopped green chilies: 3
Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Tadka ingredients: (mustard seeds: ½ tsp, jeera / cumin seeds: ½ tsp, urad dal: 2 tsp, chana dal: 2 tsp)
Lemon juice: 1 lemon
Curry leves: 7 to 8
Salt (as required)
Preparation:
Chop bread slices (8) into small pieces and keep them aside

In a pan, add oil (3 tbsp) and let it heat
Add peanuts (1/4 cup) and saute till peanut turn light golden
Add tadka ingredients (mustard seeds: ½ tsp, jeera / cumin seeds: ½ tsp, urad dal: 2 tsp, chana dal: 2 tsp) and saute till dal turns light golden
Add chopped onions (2) and saute till onions turn translucent
Add curry leaves (7 to 8), chopped cauliflower (1 small cup), chopped carrots (1 small cup), chopped green chilies (3) and saute
Add salt (1/4 tsp) and mix well
Add green peas (1/2 small cup), haldi . turmeric powder (1/4 tsp) and saute
Cover and cook for 5 minutes till vegetables are cooked
Saute intermittently
Add bread pieces and mix well
Add salt (as required) and mix well
Sprinkle water (1/4 cup) and mix well
Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Saute for 2 minutes
Add lemon juice (1 tbsp), chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp) and mix well
Remove from flame
Transfer to a serving plate
Bread upma is ready
