Post NACT right anterior pancoast tumour ( adenoca lung)

PLAN - A modified dartvelle's incision is used to dissect the subclavian vessels away from the mass and decide resectability. Right upper lobectomy is then performed by a uniportal vats technique ( both combined is called HYBRID APPROACH) and the specimen is delivered through the port site or the dartvelle's incision before closure.
For a posterior pancoast tumour excision, Shaw - Paulson approach is used.
