This cobbler recipe has been in our family for years and years. In that time it's been baked with a variety of different fruits, but this time I'm highlighting some local Texas blueberries we picked at a nearby u-pick farm. My cousins and I grew up tasked with the chore of picking the blackberries along my aunts' driveway so my mom could whip this up for all of us. Without fail, any time I serve this, I am instantly transported back to those leisurely summer days. This cobbler will always be my go-to when I've got some freshly picked fruit and I hope that it becomes an old stand-by for you, as well.
