Today I’m celebrating delicious spring chard as a filling to create springtime in a dish! With a similar flavour to spinach, the earthy chard contrasts beautifully with the sweet lightness of the tomato base and the creamy ooze of the cheesy topping. Definitely give this one a go, you won't regret it!
