Today we’re at La Conservera BCN in Barcelona Spain picking up a special package and of course, trying some new tin fish. We’re trying cans in the store! Can’t ask for a better tin fish summer.
The tin fish on the menu today is smoked herring and anchovy. The smoked herring is in olive oil packaged by the store owner Cesar and the anchovy is a local brand called Fumum. Both of these tin fish were delicious.
I say this a lot but the reason why I love tin fish is because they’re all easy recipes, ready to eat out of the tin.
