About Milsim West: American-based airsoft event organizers that give you the TRUE experience of what it's like to be in the military. It's a 40-hour non-stop event where players must carry their supplies for the entire weekend in their pack/ruck. There are no breaks, no going back to the parking lot. Players must know how to build their own shelter (no regular tents). Teams fight at the squad/platoon/battalion level in a wargame scenario that plays out over the course of an entire weekend. Players are led by cadre, all of whom are military veterans, with many of them being combat veterans and/or served in special operations. If you're thinking of joining the military, or have military aspirations, this is the event you need to attend. Several of their customers have even gone on to serve in the special operations within the US military.
