Green Bean Soup Dessert with Sago Pearls
Ingredients
1 cup green bean (mung bean) - soaked for 4 hours
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
100gm palm sugar / gula melaka
1/3 cup sago pearls smalls
Preparation
1. Boil the green beans in 4 cups of water until soft
2. Add in the sago pearls
3. Add in milk and palm sugar
4. Cook until soft and thick
