Our energy system is at a tipping point, with the transition to renewables happening very rapidly. As a society we should actively manage this. We need to electrify industry, transport, everything. Coal is smaller than we think, and we can afford a just transition. Clean electrons and hydrogen/ammonia can help replace coal exports. Huge megaprojects are just over the horizon, we can't let politicians hold us back.
