Billy Kane (ビリー・カーン) is a character in both the Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series. His official nickname is "The Emperor's Right-Hand Man" (帝王こうていの片腕かとうで).
Geese Howard (ギース・ハワード) is the chief, boss and main antagonist of the Fatal Fury series and a secondary villain in the Art of Fighting series. His role varies in the The King of Fighters storyline, but he is always either in the position of a villain or an anti-hero. His nickname is Charismatic Evil (カリスマ的てきな悪わる).
Hein (ハイン) is a new character introduced in The King of Fighters XIV. Initially introduced as Geese Howard's butler and member of South Town Team. In reality as of The King of Fighters XV he is in fact an undercover secret agent who has a mysterious connection with his partner, Luong.
