40s or 50s age group run less days not more, one more thing I like to add to this video, I forgot to put in is, the day before your main half marathon race, go for a good walk at least 5km long, & also, might pay to get a foam roller & do 10 minutes of foam rolling after a long or hard workout, doesn’t have to be straight after the run probably better to do it later long as it is on the same day as you did your hard work out or long run, good luck with your next half marathon new PB :-)
