These exercise balls are a great thing to have for your home gym or to use in your professional fitness classes. I use them both firm and squishy for work that I do in Pilates and Barre. I absolutely love them. They are strong and durable and not a pain at all to inflate and deflate in preparation for class and to store away flat.

• Ball has a small cap that is easy to remove and place but stays in firmly when using
• Pack comes with 2 inflating straws. You can fully inflate these in seconds, with very little effort. It is very fast and easy to change the firmness level
