A “panic room” was allegedly discovered by police when they searched Jodi Hildebrandt’s home after the son of her business partner, Ruby Franke, escaped from the home in August. Authorities allege Franke’s 12-year-old son and one of her daughters were held captive in the remote Utah home, tied up with duct tape, and starved until the boy escaped. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the disturbing discovery from outside Hildebrandt’s home.
