This is a promo for the sitcom "Second Chance" starring a very young Matthew Perry. Credited as Matthew L. Perry. This sitcom was filmed in 1987 and 1988.

The video quality isn't the best... this was a video made for me off a video (VHS), but the quality isn't horrible, either.
