Today we are going to prepare coconut milk beef stew.

Lets dive in,

all you need is,
-1 kg of beef(cut into curry pcs)
-3 tsp of cooking oil.
-1/2 a glass of coconut milk.
-1 pc of large onion sliced.
-4 pcs of tomatoes blended.
-1 tsp of garlic and ginger paste.
-1 tsp of powder chilis
- small amount of coriander
-1 tsp of royco powder.
-1 carrot, grated.
-salt to taste.
process of cooking
-you have to boil your meat after that fry your onions till it turns brown, then add your meat to the fried onions and salute it completely for a few seconds and then add the grated carrots and salute it again, later on add your ginger and garlic paste and mix everything up while saluting it, add powder chillis to spice it up.
add salt to taste and leave it to cook for a bout 5 mins while its covered with a lid. After cooking it for a while add your Royco and salute it again and cover it with a lid again and let the Royco cook well with the meat.
Finally add your coconut milk and let it cook for about 5 mins and later on add coriander and remove it from the fire.
your food is now ready to be served with rice or ugali.....
