As a response to a comment thread elsewhere, here is more info about the piece.
Levin completed the 1st movement in 1968 and performed it at Harvard. Levin's completion was finally recorded in 2021 by the Capella Savaria conducted by Nicholas McGegan with pianist Rita Papp and violinist Zsolt Kallo.
Philip Wilby's completion has now been recorded 4 times:
