The costs have not changed much, but they have gone up in certain areas. Food, electricity, amenity fees and more have risen, while property tax and some other expenses have held pretty steady. Jerry and Linda watch and comment on their show about the cost of living here in 2021. Very few of the expenses we pay are unique to living in The Villages and would be necessary in most places for homeowners. Keep a list handy to get your own ball park figure.
