EDIT: Turns out the DCM I burned might have been contaminated with hexane (possibly) which is why it caught fire so easily.

Most halocarbons are not very flammable, but some will ignite, usually those that have fewer halogen substitutes.
Dichloromethane burns with a typical red-orange flame, with the occasional green hue due to the chlorine interference, and also produces copious amounts of black smoke with an acrid smell caused by the HCl and oxidized chlorocarbon side products.
