Today’s recipe is a well-known dish in beautiful Puerto Rico, but of course I gave it my own twist.

For today’s recipes you’ll need:
5 chicken drumsticks
1 cup shredded chicken
1 lime
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 and 1 tsp salt
3 and 2 tbsp sofrito
1/2 tsp chicken fajita seasoning
2 tbsp and 3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 pack color seasoning
1 cup vegetable stock
1 cup green olives
3 cups long grain rice
