Need a recipe for Fourth of July, but don't have a smoker??

These BBQ oven ribs are juicy, and tender every time... they fall off the bone, but don't fall apart when you pick them up.

The recipe is simple:

- Remove the membrane
- Season the ribs to your liking
- Cover the ribs with foil
- Bake at 275F for 2 hours, Remove the foil and bake another 1 hour
(If you like more bite like traditionally smoked ribs, then bake at 350 for an hour and a half, uncovered)
- Slather them in your favorite barbecue sauce
- Broil on low for about 5 mins, and you're done!!!
