This video is part theorizing, part lore, part analysis of references throughout the series, and lots of fun coming up with wild ideas (as I often do) about Angel Hare and the East Patch world. TW: mentions of child abuse

Created by the Mangan Sisters, Hannah and Rachel, Angel Hare is an animated horror series about a man named Jonah who discovers a VHS tape in a thrift store and is flooded with comfort when he recognizes Angel Gabby on the cover. However, the VHS tape is very different from the recordings of the live broadcast he has at home, with the recordings referencing Jonah specifically. Angel Gabby even seems to know what book he was holding as a child. And is she creating an alibi for him? An alibi for what? The YouTube series is Jonah showing us the differences in these tapes and trying to uncover lost childhood memories and a long-lost friend.
