July 15th, 2024 - Manhattan NY: At approximately 12:20 a.m., officers from the 19th Precinct responded to E. 79th St. and 2nd Ave. for a collision between a car and scooter sent at least one person to hospital in critical condition.
A collision investigation was confirmed and conducted at the scene.
