Ranger Falls waterfall hike in Mount Rainier National Park. About a 9 mile hike with 3/4 of the hike being easy and 1/4 being moderate. Mike says the waterfall is one of the finest he has seen in his worldwide travels. Mike rates the difficulty as a 2 on a 1-5 scale. Mike is an expert hiker and knows the West rim of Mount Rainier well. After the hike, Mike suggests you visit the downtown Enumclaw's restaurant, boutique and party zone after the hike; it will be about a 30 minute scenic drive, but well worth the reward. What to know:
Distance: Hike or bike 3.2 miles up the Carbon River Road to the Green Lake Trail, then continue on foot 1 mile toward Green Lake to the viewpoint (no bikes allowed on trails).
