Ingredients:
Base
- 125g almonds
- 50g walnuts
- 125g pitted dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Filling
- 200g cashews (Soaked in hot water for 2 hours)
- 100g tofu
- 400ml canned coconut milk
- 8g vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tbsp agave syrup
- 350g blueberries
Decoration
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh mint
