Today I'm teaching you how to make my version of Brazil most traditional candy aka the BRIGADEIRO. I has a fudge/caramel texture and it melts in your mouth. Be warmed: They are addictive!
ingredients:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of milk chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder
Chocolate sprinkles
directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small pot. Keep your temperature between medium/low heat. Keep mixing for 5-10 minutes until you have a caramel texture and it's not sticking to the bottom of the pan. Let it chill in a dish for 1-2hours. Shape the brigadeiro into small balls and roll into sprinkles.
