Ulster Television (UTV) news report from June 1991, on the killing of three IRA terrorists in the village of Coagh, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The three IRA terrorists had driven into the village with the intention of murdering an off-duty part-time soldier. The terrorists had been involved in previous murders, including the murder of three civilians in a gun attack outside a garage in the same village, in March 1989. One of the weapons recovered from the dead terrorists in 1991, had been used in the 1989 sectarian attack. A second weapon recovered from the scene had been used in another murder in the same area in April 1988.
The news report mentions that one of the dead terrorists, Tony Doris, was the cousin of a local Sinn Fein councillor. That Sinn Fein member is now the party's vice president, Michelle O'Neill.
