In Final Fantasy III, when you reach the final boss (Cloud of Darkness) this is the common level that you can reach when you continuously advance to your journey, sometimes it can reach around Level 60, when I was new in this FF series I reached level 59 and beat Cloud of Darkness.

If your level is too low, I recommend you this type of setup, Sage for dual magic type and Devout for heavy healing, Black Belt has a high damage per turn but Ninja that I'm using right now can deal huge damage with throw but it's DEF is low especially the magic DEF. I recommend you to use a high DEF with high damage like Knight or Viking.
