Allah addressed His Prophet - "Taha we have not revealed the Quran to you in order for you to be sad". Allah wants for you ease. He does not want for you difficulty. Tafakkur (reflection) is a neglected worship in Islam. Reflection upon Allah's signs for one hour is more valuable than 70 years of worship.
