Chicken Angara and Mawa Pulao
১ কেজি পেঁয়াজ বেরেস্তার জন্য / 1 Kg onion for beresta
For Angara Masala
৮-১০ টি এলাচ / 8-10 ea cardamom
৩ টি ষ্টার আনিস / 3 ea star anise
৪-৫ টি লবঙ্গ / 4-5 ea long
২-৩ টি ছোট দারুচিনি / 2-3 ea small stick of cinnamon
১/২ চা চামচ গোটা গোলমরিচ / 1/2 tsp black pepper corn
১ চা চামচ গোটাধনে / 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
১/২ চা চামচ জিরা / 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
১/৩ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1/3 tsp fennel seeds
১/৩ চা চামচ কাবাব চিনি / 1/3 tsp kabab chini
১২-১৫ টি কাজু বাদাম / 12-15 ea pieces of kaju nuts
৫-৬ টি কাঠবাদাম / 5-6 ea pieces of almond
১/২ টি জয়ত্রী / 1/2 ea Mace
২ কেজি চিকেন / 2 kg chicken
৩ টি টমেটো বাটা / 3 ea tomato paste
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

দিয়ে দিন বেরেস্তা / Add beresta
দিয়ে দিন বানানো মশলা / Add homemade masala
২৫০ মিলি টক দই / 250 ml curd
২০০ মিলি তেল / 200 ml oil
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
কুচানো ধনেপাতা / chopped coriander leaves
চারকোল / charcoal
ঘি বা তেল / ghee or oil
Mawa Pulao
৫০০ গ্রাম বাসমতি চাল (২ কাপ) / 500g basmati rice (2 cup)
১ কাপ গরম দুধ / 1 cup hot milk
১/৩ চা চামচ কেশর / 1/3 tsp saffron
৩০ গ্রাম খোয়া / 30g khoya / mewa
১০০ মিলি তেল / 100 ml oil
২ টি তেজপাতা / 2 ea bay leaves
গোটা গরম মশলা / whole garam masala
২ টি পাতলা করে কাটা পেঁয়াজ / 2 ea onion slice
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
৩ কাপ জল / 3 cup water
১ কাপ দুধ / 1 cup milk
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
দিয়ে দিন ভেজানো কাজু ও কিশমিশ / add soaked kaju and raisins
দিয়ে দিন গ্রেটেড খোয়া / Add grated khoya/mawa
গোলাপ জল / Rose water
