The Liberal Democrats have vowed to fight against a "hard Brexit" after the party caused political upset in their by-election victory in Richmond Park. The Lib Dem leader Tim Farron has hailed the win as a come-back for the party. Sarah Olney fought the campaign against former Conservative Zac Goldsmith largely on anti-Brexit platform. She says her victory sends a clear message to the Government.
