Beppi the Clown in Carnival Kerfuffle. This boss fight, lets say I have a fear of clowns now. Seriously though, the last 2 phases are the worst. Unfortunately OBS didn't record the audio so I just added his OST in the background.

Tips for the A+:
- First phase is easy, just jump and dash over him when he charges towards you.
- For the second phase I recommend taking the roundabout so you don't have to worry about the dog balloons all too much.
- The 3rd phase, where he comes on the horse/donkey, shoot him from underneath if the rollercoaster isn't there yet.
- For the final phase save your special move for when the penguins come out so you can take out 3 of them while damaging Beppi as well. It's much easier to deal with 1 penguin compared to 4. You should be able to kill him before the second round of penguins.
