Practicing stairs, gaps and drops on my skateboard this past week. Impact skating is something I always veered away from, because I thought the landing was harsh and bad for my body. I'm glad I was able to get over that limiting belief and realize that landing properly actually doesn't hurt and strengthens my leg muscles!! Hope you guys enjoy this progression video!
