SUPPLIES:
-A loner sock
-I've only ever used rice (any kind works) but you can also use dried beans, dried peas, lentils, etc.
-Needle and thread
-(Optional) Any Essential oils that are safe for the skin such as Lavender, Peppermint, Rose, Frankincense, etc.

Benefits of Lavender:
Used in aromatherapy, Distilled from the plant Lavandula angustifolia, the oil promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

These heating pads are good for muscle pain or stiff muscles, menstrual cramps, or when you're not blessed with the body heat of a significant other during the night...JK! I will find any excuse to use my heating pads! I especially love using them when my feet get cold, (even wearing fuzzy socks)
