‣ Important information: I spoke to Larry the CEO, and by putting the carriage not upside down will help with the movements more like leg extensions and preacher curls! I have mine upside to have inside my rack, which is more designed for seated leg curls! Still figuring this thing out! This way I have setup is more designed for seated leg curls! I’ve used it facing up in my last short! Just make note of that guys! I’ll talk about it more in my next video!
