Broken wheat (dalia) - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no.
Chopped beans - 1/4 cup
Chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2.5 cups
Coconut - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Lemon - half
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
White lentils - 1/2 tsp
Chickpea lentils - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
