Yes I'm a fatty, I was 21.1/2 stone in mid Jan and now 7 months later I'm still 18 1/2 stone. I believe I have broken the world record for the longest time taken to reach the top of High Raise from Stonethwaite in the Lake District. 😂 For any any other fatties out there the way I lost the first 3 stone was by eating much less and cutting out all the crap. Now the real work starts as the first 3 stone loss was all about cutting the food out, now I need to physically work harder. Cheers
