This video was recorded using a new program I came across called Action!. It's basically like fraps, playclaw, dxtory, etc. I'm using the demo version, so that's why there's the Mirillis Action! watermark on the video.
Google/search for Mirillis Action! (Mirillis is the company that makes it) and you should be able to find it.
Overall, I think it's a pretty good video recording program. In-game fps while recording is possibly the best out of all the programs I've mentioned above. No loss in frames in the recorded video file either.
One thing about the program though is that it records to a proprietary video format created by Mirillis. The Action! program comes with a player that is able to play it, but be warned that the recorded file won't be useable in editing software unless you encode/convert it to something else. Action! does come with its own encoder though, so you basically take that proprietary video file and encode/save it as an mp4. (Action! only encodes to mp4 for now. I'm hoping to see more options available in the future.)
