I'm often asked how I find the lots of model trains that I do so I decided to show how I go about finding these lots and how I appraise the values of the items they have.

In this case I ended up finding a large lot of twenty locomotives plus a couple pieces of rolling stock and unlike most of the lots I purchase this one has several high-end locomotives which look to be in great shape.
