Shani finally picks up the enchanted sceptre, Dand, and the Tridev are very happy. Lord Shiv, Krishna and Lord Brahma bless Shani. Shani then uses the sceptre to save his mother and brings an end to the storm. Indradev and Shurkracharya are both very happy to see Shani's powers, as he easily brings an end to the storm that had consumed his mother. As the storm ends, Shani sees his mother falling and he leaves the sceptre and rushes to save his mother, who is falling down in an unconscious state. He manages to catch Chaaya and prevent her fall and pleads with her mother to open her eyes. Chaaya stirs and opens her eyes finally and Shani is very happy.
