HSBC unveiled sweeping management changes — including the departure of three top executives — as incoming Chief Executive Officer Georges Elhedery prepares to take the reins in the coming days. Nuno Matos, global head of wealth and personal banking, is stepping down to pursue other opportunities after nine years with the lender, according to a statement. He will be replaced by Barry O’Byrne, who currently leads the bank’s global commercial banking business. Bloomberg's Jonas Bergman reports.
