Today, we had our Ghana Boflot with hausa koko but you can have it with any porridge, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

You will need:
1.5 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast
1/4- 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2- 1 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)
oil for frying
