Matthew points to a Sunday Mirror front page suggesting that £100 billion has been wasted by the government in the last four years, and that should be prioritised in order to raise funds rather than another crackdown on benefits. Charlie Mullins, on the other hand, insists that a significant number of people are cheating the benefits system.
